This membership is only valid for Hilton Garden Inn Pune Hinjawadi.

Your membership is valid for 12 months from the date of joining.

Membership cards and certificates have no cash value and cannot be traded.

Lost and misplaced certificates cannot be replaced.

Loss of membership card must be immediately reported to the member help desk. An administrative fee of 500/- +tax will be charged for replacement.

Card discounts can not be applied to special events.

Guest cannot combine 2 privileges at the same time.

Outside food is not allowed at hotel premises.

The management reserves the right to change the terms of the membership from time to time without any notice.

Stay certificate and dining certificate is not applicable on black out dates.

The hotel is not liable to refund any amount to members in case of non availability of rooms on request.

The management reserves the right in its sole discretion to refuse entry. Remove any members including his guest or to terminate membership.

Under no circumstances shall any certificate be revalidated.

Membership is non transferable and is valid for a duration of 12 months from the date of enrolling.

Membership is non saleable.

Reverse of the certificate benefits given in the certificate are accompanied by the terms of use given on the form.
